Mount Olive 2013-14 SAAC Members And Officers Announced
Mount Olive College has announced its 2013-14 Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, which is comprised of 31 student-athletes representing all 21 Trojan athletics squads. Assistant athletics director LaToya Lindsey serves as advisor.
Women's tennis student-athlete Francesca Ceppi is not only this year's MOC SAAC president, but she is also the Conference Carolinas representative on the NCAA Division II Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
Men's lacrosse student-athlete Robert Thomas is vice-president and softball student-athlete Kassie Lowe is secretary. Thomas and Lowe both served in those positions last year.
The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee is composed of appointed representatives from each team and meets regularly with athletics administrators to discuss any pertinent issues concerning student-athletes. Members of the SAAC have the opportunity to address issues affecting student-athletes at Mount Olive College and to offer input on issues which may be national in scope.
